Wow, what a great turnout at the all new and improved ‘Rapid Equity Builder’ wealth presentation. It was our first full dress rehearsal and presentation to an exceptionally engaging audience of both agents and consumers. Thank you, thank you, thank you to each of you for your time and contributions.
Speaking of contributions I would like to offer our appreciation to Darin and Christian, who not only presented, they provided the lunch. My suggestion is to master this presentation and get in front of as many people as possible and partnering with Gene/Mike V. and Darin/Christian to dramatically grow your income and long term wealth. Even if someone does not have enough money to invest themselves, they may have a rich uncle, a wealthy friend, etc. they can partner with.
Regarding this format, I will confess to having moments of feeling lost in my own thoughts as I battled in my mind with the tried/proven presentations we have done now for over 3 years vs. this new one. Somehow we got through it all and the joy in the office for a long time after the event was super special. You too may be nervous or anxious in the beginning, and I will call that ‘normal’. As I have given professional presentations speaking to audiences numbering beyond 4,000 at times over the past 40 plus years and at times my excitement has to be managed. It happens.
On another but somewhat related note, it’s hard to believe that the DRE issued the license for Hospitality Realty Corp. on March 2nd, 2018, 5 years ago today. Barbara Wayne, Joanne’s mom was our founding broker of record as we put the foundational pieces for the launch of the company in which we would open our doors on 11-01-2019.

As we move forward Mike Cocos has contributed immensely to the company helping us tirelessly grow to a whole new level of accomplishments as the Broker of Record among his many other roles and contributions. At today’s Professional Growth Series Mike will share his experiences and offer ideas/strategies for increasing our business results in the upcoming spring market. I personally am very much looking forward to Mike’s presentation, which is always informative and timely.
