I’ve stated for years that the best way to describe January and February results is that they often combined equal the single month of March. This year our projections are exactly that:

 

January + February = March. And April usually outpaces March……so far that April projection is not a forgone conclusion, as the key to growing our results is the acquisition of saleable listings, and on that front we all continue our pursuit to build a nice inventory of priced right, properly commissioned, saleable properties……I do not believe you can ever have too many high quality listings in your inventory. 

 

Judy Le congratulated Johnny Moreno on Monday for the sale of his listing in Pinion Hills and the opening of escrow at Pro Escrow, our non-independent broker escrow. Way to go Johnny.
